Change the Start Screen Background in Windows 8

1. Use the “Windows key”+ “C” to bring up the Charms bar and click on Search.

2. Select “Settings”.

3. Type “Start” into the text box at the top right of the screen.

4. Several search results will appear

5. Select “Start screen”, which should be at the top left.

6. You can now select one the Microsoft designed themes, and change the background color.

7. Voila! You now have a funkier looking Start screen!
