Share Files Using Homegroup in Windows 8

1. Activate the "Settings" charm, accessible in the bottom right corner of windows.

2. Select "Change PC settings" when it appears.

3. Click on the "Homegroup" option among the various choices in the PC settings screen.

4. Click on the "Create" option under HomeGroup.

5. Turn on the different sharing options you want by clicking on the sliding bar until it turns green. Copy the "Membership" code at the bottom of the screen. You can give this code to other people in your network so that they can see the files you share.
