1. Access the charms bar by placing your mouse cursor on the bottom right or top right of your screen. If you are using a touchscreen device, swipe in rom the right edge of the screen.
2. Select the "Settings" charm from the charms bar
3. Select the "Change PC settings" option in the new side screen.
4. Click on the "Sync your settings" option in the PC settings screen.
5. Click on the "Sync settings on this PC" option on the right.
6. Choose which specific sync settings you want, including whether to sync settings over metered connections while roaming.
