1. Search for "messages" in the Start screen.
2. Select the "Action Center" option with the blue flag icon.
3. Click "Change Action Center settings" in the Action center window when it appears.
4. Look under "Security Messages" and uncheck the one that says "Windows Activation."
5. Click "OK" in the bottom right corner to save the new setting and turn off the reminder messages.
