Printing Problems in Windows 8

1. Search for "printing" in the Windows 8 Start menu.

2. Click "Next," and then select the printer that you want to troubleshoot from the list of options that appears on-screen. Click "Next," again.

3. Click the option to try the repairs as an administrator if that option appears, since this will give you additional powers.

4. Select "Apply this fix," if the troubleshooter finds one for you. The solution will be explained in blue at the top of the window.

5. Select "Explore additional options," if that still didn't fix the problem. Otherwise, you can click "Close" to finish up.
