1. Search for "blogger" in the Windows 8 store ap. This app is accessible through the Start menu.
2. Click on a Blogger app that you se there, such as the "Tips and Tricks" one.
3. Click "Install" to install the app on your device.
4. Select the app that shows up in the Start menu. It will have the orange blogger symbol on it.
5. Select a section to start with the guidance, such as "Getting Started."
