1. Navigate to the Start Screen by pressing the Windows key on your device. The Windows key is usually found on the bottom left side of your keyboard, or on the bottom of a tablet.
2. Click on the "Store" tile. You can also access the store by searching for it in the search charm, which can be accessed using the Win+S key combination.
3. Select "Top free" from the next screen.
4. Click on "Netflix" in the list of free apps. Install the app, and then click on the option to open it when it appears.
5. Hit the "member sign in" option in blue in the top right of your screen.
6. Sign into your account, and select a movie to begin watching it.
