Change Keyboard Settings on Windows 8

1. Open the Start menu by pressing the Windows button on your keyboard. Type in "Keyboard" and click on "Settings."

2. Select "Keyboard" from the list of options that appears.

3. Change the sliders for "Repeat delay" "Repeat rate," and "Cursor Blink" to where you want them. You can also click on the empty bar in the middle to test the new settings. Click on the "Hardware" tab for more settings.

4. Select a keyboard and click "Properties."

5. Click on "Driver" to change Driver settings. Click "Change settings" to get even more options.
